Our room was dusty, no attention to detail. The shampoo in the bathroom was enough for just 2 days while our stay was 7. When asked for additional shampoo, we were given a generic liquid soap which came in a very dusty bottle. Didn't even have the courtesy to clean the bottle before handing over. The couch in the lounge was appallingly dusty, full of long hair. The hotel is struggling and dysfunctional and is clearly visible in the service and condition of the hotel. The staff clearly also doesn't care of well-being of the hotel or it's customers.
