We were very pleased with the whole experience. Never felt pressured, we were asked "what are you interested in " and were promptly showed several choices. Tom Spiering our Salesman was very helpful and well informed answering all our question. We left with our new Honda HR-V pleased with the entire transaction thanks to Tom and rest of Honda Universe management.
