Good evening,
We have generally experienced our stay with you as very pleasant and pleasant. Nice location and nice rooms and hotel. Only had instead of 2 thick pillows, 1 thin ones. Little stiff neck. Furthermore, the staff were varied in terms of friendliness and hospitality. The one was really curt (and that was due to the heat). The other was very nice again. No level to raise. The housekeeping was super sweet by the way! Maybe fine if all of that is drawn the same. Looks a bit more professional. * Mark: a 7
