I have been going to Konnect Pilates for over 8 years,. The studio staff is great. They are very knowledgeable, very friendly, and they ensure that clients are practicing Pilates in a safe manner. There is a wide variety of classes, and the classes themselves are different from week to week. I really enjoy the variety, and how I have become so much more aware of my body since I started Pilates.
