Still haven't gotten my treadmill order 12/13/16! ...

Still haven't gotten my treadmill order 12/13/16! It got all the way to MDX transfer station in St. Paul and was LOST!! Jeffery S. signed for it and that was on the 20th. I started sending emails, calls go unanswered. Proform, Icon, MDX. All unresponsive or if I did get an email response it was full of apologies then nothing until I emailed again.
Audra (I'm told is billing and "has a long list of issues to call about" was supposed to call me last Friday, no call. I have a finance balance with Fortiva that has payments due for an item I haven't received.
Now Icon says I have to start the sale all over again but can't until the financing and extended warranty are voided. OMG(dess)!!!!!!! Wish I'd read all of these reviews before I started this process. I thought I was buying from ProForm and found out after that it's actually Icon. geez!
