Of course, don't go into Pieology expecting a thick or stuffed pizza crust. Their "pie" crust is on the thinner style, very similar to a flat bread. The fact that you can fully customize your pizza with your choice of sauce, cheese, and toppings makes this location a great option for lunch or dinner. Service is always quick, so definitely be prepared to order. Don't be the one person that stalls the line with all sorts of questions, they have menus towards the start of the line.
