We have been working directly with Margot and John about an issue we recently had. The team have been extremely helpful, responsive and attentive. Margot came in personally into our unit and reassured that she will not drop the issue until it is resolved. Not only she took her time to get to the bottom of the issue, she also made sure we were heard and taken care of. Margot you're exceptional, you go above and beyond and we're grateful!
