There is no Hr policy. Mindlance does not give salary on time, very less salary. Management of the company is most worst like people are working Hr head Nirmal Sharma is completely fraud.
I will not recommend this company to join even not go for interview. They misbehave.
If you still want to join them and after a month you will regret. Nirmal Sharma Hr Head misbehave with the girls and talk worst things to the girls.
