Sales person, Shadric Hawley, and Financial person, Alex Wiedenhoeft, were open and transparent and comfortable to work with. When we first arrived to drop off our 2010 Prius for service, we were just going to look! However, it is fair to say that we have been "looking" since December. We wanted a vehicle large enough to accommodate our 3 Standard Poodles. Considered the Highlander and 4 Runner. Shadric was very patient, personable and knowledgeable.
