So first I have to say Ashley the security girl was so great. So helpful with everything and it was nice that she was there everyday to help us. That is why I gave it 3 stars. But the room was not that good. The tub was dirty with hair in it so they don't clean well enough for everything that is going on in this world right now. Also we had a $500 giftcard mailed next day to us and it couldn't be delivered for some reason. No one had any answers and no one was helpful to find out for us. I heard 5 different things from 5 different people. So I will ever stay there again. But Ashley needs a raise and that will be the only reason why I will step foot on that property again is to see her. Thank you Ashley!
