Preston just made my night! I have been looking for about 2 months for a vehicle following a wreck totaling my truck. The customer service was excellent and the experience was low pressure! He was very knowledgeable of the car and the whole encounter was positive! In addition, although I walked in pre-approved by USAA, he wanted an opportunity to try to beat the rate. In doing so, it was discovered that another dealership had created more than 10 inquiries into my credit following a deal that didn t go as the salesman hoped. Although it opened the door to unwanted news, it was news I needed to hear. Thank you for a great experience, Preston!
