We had a corporate account with them. We cancelled as we were moving offices to Midtown. They charged us for a whole month after we were moved out of the old office. We disputed the charge as we showed not one person from our company even entered the gym that month, but they decided to turn it over to collections anyways. The collections company called harassing my family, friends, and anyone that I know that they could get a phone number for. I tried to pay them regardless (even though I felt like we were being screwed), and all I asked was they they release us of any liability of lawsuits arising. Last week, they attorney's contacted me and I ended up paying them even without a release. They did send me a release after receiving payment, but this morning we got served by a Marshall even after I paid the bill in full.
