Beautiful hotel, the opulence of Beverly Hills is ...

Beautiful hotel, the opulence of Beverly Hills is very much alive here. I found the valet and desk staff to be a little unfriendly with the exception of a couple. The event staff however was absolutely amazing. They were nice, accommodating, and did it with a smile
