We have had a long relationship with ACP (All Copy Products), which we valued until a few months ago. Our contract expires at the end of 2016, and towards the end of 2015, we met with our account rep to review our current contract and explore any new copiers that may better suit our business needs. While we went back and forth, we also made it clear that we needed to be notified on when our auto renew came up so that we weren t unknowingly stuck in another lease. All upgrades were put on hold as we still had another year on our contract to finalize any decisions. About three months ago, we revisited with ACP again to see if keeping our old copiers would be cheaper than considering newer versions. At this time, we also let ACP know we were exploring other companies to ensure we were getting the best deal possible. To our surprise ACP informed us that we were too late and the current lease automatically renewed for another year.

We were outraged.

We have reached out and spoken to the sales person, as well as the sales manager, and asked for follow-up on the issue multiple times. We never heard back from them! Not only do they mislead and improperly handle business and customer service, once called on it, they completely ignore the issue and don t attempt to remedy the situation.

We gave a substantial amount of time to ACP to come up with different ways to keep or earn our business. Instead, they took advantage of our relationship, manipulated the situation, and trapped us into another lease. We have always been a loyal customer and their lack of customer service has completely disappointed us to say the least. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
