VERY disappointed with Veepee. Ordered a Hypsom mattress. Shipped 6 days prior to what was confirmed and while I was still on vacation, without Veepee notifying me of the shipment. I phone customer service, and I am told that once sent, it's my job to take care of. The transporter tells me the mattress has been returned to the factory. I phone the factory and tell me the mattress will be returned once returned. After three weeks and four phone calls to the factory I learn the story is that the mattress was damaged, they put it back into production, normally production is 7/14 days, but they don't. don't know when my mattress will be shipped. They advise me to cancel the order. At this point, I turn to Veepee customer service for the refund. They say there is nothing they can do, but they have to have a counselor call me. No one called me but I just got an email telling me they need to check. After 5 days still nothing. Considering the comments of others, who have been waiting for months for a refund, I thought of going to Fevad. (Federations-commerce and distance selling)
