This is the most empowering, supportive community I have ever been part of! I am physically, mentally, and emotionally stronger whenever I leave! I love this place! One of the best decisions I have ever made was joining the HDT community. It has made my mind and body stronger.

I have been training at the gym at least 3x per week for 8 months now, and it has done wonders for my physical strength and my mental resilience. I have known for a while that without regular exercise, my mood takes a turn for the worse, but it was difficult for me to find the right sport with the right environment. I've found that at HDT. I highly recommend this facility!
Some things I particularly appreciate:
-- No talk about weight loss, or use of other words ("lean", etc.) that are codes for a certain body type. I want to be around other women (and men) who are focused on being healthy, strong, and building oneself and each other up; this is the mantra at High Definition Training.
-- Incredible guidance and support to reach my fitness goals. Before I went to HDT, I didn't know what "deadlifting" was; now I can deadlift 140lbs. I credit these achievements (and many others) to the expert advice of their trainer.
-- The workouts are challenging and sometimes quite intense; I enjoy the fact that they are because I like to push myself and I know that the stress I feel outside of the gym will melt away once the session gets started. At the same time, sometimes I go to the gym when I am not at my best, and the trainers always encourage me to take things at my own pace or take a break if I'm not feeling well. They have a good sense of a healthy balance, and this has made me look forward to the training sessions no matter how tired, sore, or unmotivated I feel.

If you are looking to improve your life and yourself inside and out, this is the place to start. They will push you to be better and prove to you, you are capable of more than you realize. I Highly recommend it!
