I have been a customer of Cobb emc for several years now and I must say that their services are average at best. The rates are decent but the customer service could definitely use some improvement. There have been instances where I had to wait for a long time on hold just to talk to a representative, and even then, the issue was not resolved satisfactorily. I hope Cobb emc takes steps to address these concerns and improve their overall customer experience.
