I would never complain about a company of over 60 ...

I would never complain about a company of over 60 agents if 1 person was unsatisfactory to 1 client. This is affecting my livelihood, and just so unnecessary. Social medial was created for the betterment of mankind, and unfortunately, has become an open forum to voice an opinion, even it is to the detriment of someone's character.
