I met Jeff Howery under unfortunate circumstances, I hope to go back and purchase a car from him in the future but in this case I met him while I was returning a vehicle to the dealership. I had previously purchased 3 vehicles from Toyota Sunnyvale, and due to a divorce I was saddled with my ex's vehicle unexpectedly and needed to get rid of it ASAP. I went back to Toyota Sunnyvale and explained the situation, and they were surprisingly understanding. Everyone was nice, and they put me with Jeff who worked out the buy-back of the truck and tried to minimize the impact on me as much as possible, although I went into the dealership knowing that I would likely be paying out of pocket due to the amount of money that was still owed. Jeff walked me through everything, every step of the way. I could not have asked for a better or kinder person to have walking me through this situation. Thank you so much Jeff!!
