This is by far the worst Marriott I've been to!

This is by far the worst Marriott I've been to!

They send canned responses and they don't even know their customers. I filled out a survey as a Gold Elite member, but, the canned response was sent to a friend that I traveled with, whose not even a Bonvoy member. As a shareholder, I'll be forwarding all this to their BOD. This hotel should RIP.
