We had signed up for Miles Integra Cloud Services. With over a year of implementation issues, bug issues, poor service with employees leaving jobs, no follow-up etc, the software never functioned. Finally, we gave up on their software. They did not have courtesy to refund our advance. A terrible company and a poor experience.
