My experience was very awful! My first visit was when we went to try on some dress and got our measurements taking by employee, everything was good until 2 weeks later I called to go ahead and order my bridesmaid dress and the lady stated she wouldn t find any paperwork under my name or any other bridesmaid. So at the point I m furious because I had to go all the way back to there shop to get re-measured. So then I went ahead and paid in full for my dress ( I didn t care for the price because it was my sisters wedding). So here s the catch ONCE you order they won t call or email you, YOU have to do it yourself. Keep in mind I called in September and asked if my dress was in because it s been 4 months already and didn t receive a call or email. Lady stated that they email customers to confirm dress arrival, at this point I asked her to tell me what email she had on file for me and she paused and stated OH!! I DONT HAVE AN EMAIL FOR YOU!!! My response to her was well how come you didn t call me to let me know about the dress arrival (which was here on August). I CANT believe her response was: WELL SINCE YOU CALLED ,NOW YOU KNOW.
I m upset @brickhousebridal because I wanted my experience to be good not having to deal with all these issues or miss communication.Once you pay for your dress that s there ending point for them, you must follow up on your own. Which I believe it s unfair because you pay so much for those dresses at least they can give you a call.
