I have had a stay at another facility and didn't receive the help or care I received here. Malinda, Heather, Sarah, Erick, Jordan, and countless other nurses and mental health techs were amazing. I am so glad that I was able to stay here because I learned a lot more than I did at the other place. I have 2 complaints that keep this from being 5 stars. First, it took 14 HOURS for the intake process. Which was not a good start. And second, I have fibromyalgia and went 4 days before they gave me my gabapentin. By then my body was in a full blown flare. Judy, the night nurse, was so kind and helped me up and down to the bathroom. However, Belinda, the morning nurse, refused to help me that morning. I was in so much pain I was throwing up. The next day, she was on shift again and didn't help, resulting in me falling and bruising the side of my body. After that, she was kinder and got me a wheelchair but I was understandably upset. I will eventually file a complaint against her but like I said, everyone else was AMAZING. I am very happy (mostly) with the care and patience of the nurses and mental health professionals here. I pray I never need their services again, but if I should, this would be where I would go.
