I was always a fan of the Life Centre .It is a fantastic venue and sorely needed. But today everything changed.
I am a Diabetic Type two Diet/Tablet controlled . This means that I have to take regular tablets usually with water in which I dissolve the tablets . I usually use warm water as the dissolve faster. I asked at the Cafe for a small glass of warm water about a centimeter in depth.
I was CHARGED 50p for the pleasure. I was flabbergasted apparently it is a Mandatory charge .The girl behind the counter insisted I pay first . Her attitude was not shall we say Customer focused.
She lost my Custom as I was about to pay for another Coffee as well.
Never Again.
