Today at the cash desk of Pathe Leidsche Rijn already in the middle of the choice of seats, just enough places for our 5-person company, at the other ticket office the 2 tickets we needed were sold to someone else. The only thing the employee could repeat was that she understood that it was a pity but that she could not do anything about it. So the system is not very useful to say the least and I would have expected some compensation (4 disappointed children at my side), but the lady only kept repeating her mantra that she had learned during the customer-friendliness course with an iron smile. It caused me a lot of annoyance. For example, a mega company does not keep its customers inside I think. That must be possible!
