Tempo is one of the last of the Buffalo culinary renaissance from the 80-90's. The owner/chefs have been around for a long time and were trained by some of the best owner operators, until going out on their own. All the food here is of the highest quality, and as well the service is very professional. What makes or breaks a great restaurant is consitency and Tempo can always be relied upon for a great meal regardless of the ocaision.
