Update: irinox contacted us and replaced defective products. I raise the 4-star review for diligence and immediate contact. Thank you very much and good job.

Terrible experience with customer service and assistance on proddots. After not even 6 months of use the Wave water dispenser begins to supply water that smells like mold; two months ago we contact Irinox who after numerous reminders sends us to a company that comes to do (for a fee, our clearly) analysis on water quality.

We are told that a month ago the analyzes would have been sent to Irinox that to date can not provide an answer on which the next steps are if they actually intend to intervene to repair / replace the distributor.

For now we begin to take legal action, should any response come from Irinox change the review.
