Very very very bad in every bloody way, I dont know how else to put it in words, they have computerised everything, no human to talk, all they say send an email, and when you do, no reply at all, leaving people with confuse, but they love to keep on sending you parking tickets even when the courts revoked the charges, those people are absolutely useless, not working for the citizens
