I have been wrestling with Heritage Tile for several months now. I've had a re-order due to their error, a reorder due to my error, and a reorder due to expanded scope. I've spent thousands of dollars. Each time, getting an estimated delivery date or a schedule has been like pulling teeth. I've played phone tag with my "customer service manager", who likes to call back right before she leaves for the day so I can't call her back if I can't immediately get to her return call. It is true that the product quality is amazing, but when it can't be delivered with a reliable delivery date or consistent with a timing promise, it really throws off a construction schedule. And when the quality of the customer service pales in comparison with the product quality, the total package doesn't add up. Example: "Production will make every effort to have your order done by the end of next week. Please keep in mind that next week is a holiday week, so it will likely ship early the week following." Never mind that I asked to be clear about schedule due to the holiday timing, and, that I was told the order would be completed in 2-3 weeks, which ended today. Do not go with Heritage Tile, unless you have the luxury of a leisurely project schedule.

UPDATE: they are a week later than the 2-3 weeks indicated, and, they've shipped the box ground. They could have shipped overnight given the scheduling issue, as it was a small order, but did not. I would do "zero" stars if I could.
