Driving from Boulder, CO to California. My car was breaking down, I called a bunch of shops from Eagle to Gypsum. Everyone who could help quoted me at least a week and a half. I called Werks and it just seemed, that they would do anything possible to help. Even though they were also slammed with work. Got me back on the road in a few hours.

I own a luxury limousine company and rely on JD and his staff to maintain our fleet. They have always provided excellent customer service and can often get me in and out very quickly when I have something that needs to be tended to immediately. I always enjoy spending time in the waiting room eating popcorn and practicing my Spanish with Fernando at the desk!! JD is very knowledgeable about all makes and models of cars which is really nice!

Five isn't high enough. I would easily give JD and his crew a ten or higher. I called around 12 different auto repair shops between Silverthorne and Vail for an urgent/time sensitive repair and he was the only one who said, we re busy but bring it in, let us take a look . So thankful he took time out of his busy day to help us out! Excellent sevice!

Very disappointed in the end !won't go there again after what they have done to my car .My be they think I'm stupid cause I'm a foreign ,they changed my battery and cost me $400 regards the car won't start sometime .the problem is not the battery since the car still won't start (sometimes) after I have to pay a new battery for nothing ! For them only a nice and fancy car got a good service but if you have junk car they would not give a Damm!
U Haul made a mistake and scheduled me for a pick up on a day they were closed. When they couldn t get a hold of me in time they came in anyway on their day off to make sure I was all set to go. Awesome service!
Blowout on inside trailer dual. They pulled us in put on a new tire at a reasonable price. They knew we were on a time crunch,trying to get load delivered. Had us back on the road in 40 minutes and were really glad to do it. Good review got a great experience. Thanks guys

The folks at Werks were so wonderful with a recent mishap I encountered traveling through to visit my elderly father for Christmas. They helped me when no one else would and were professional, efficient and trustworthy to evaluate the problem, fix it and reassure me that I was safe to drive home again. I cannot thank them enough and am so grateful there are still people who step up in time of need.

My travel trailer broke down and I was advised to take it to Werks. There was a huge problem finding an axle for it. They kept at it and finally was fixed. He treated us fantastic and even though we live about 2 hours away, i will be taking my vehicles to him when possible. Outstanding service!!!!
