On Friday, October 20, 2017, I took my 2012 Honda Fit into the service department for another oil and filter change, just like before. At my last oil change for this automobile, Michael was my service advisor and was truly professional and kind toward supplying the needs of my car being taken care of. However, on Friday, October 20, it was not the same high quality service. On Friday, October 20, 2017, my service advisor was Zach Rearden. Mr. Rearden approached my car on my driving in and after stopping he opened the door and greeted me. I thought he was going to provide the same great automotive services like I had before with Michael, but Mr. Rearden proved me wrong. After walking to his office area to register my car for services, I told him I would like an oil change and to check my braking system because I had felt a vibration or jerking when pressing the brakes. Then he suggested me going to the customer service to wait for the evaluation of the car. Mr. Rearden comes to the customer service waiting area to retrieve me and I told him I was to meet him after using the restroom facilities. When I returned to meet Mr. Rearden at his office cubical, he was not to be found. I looked around for him and did not see him anywhere. I then looked into the bay area and saw Mr. Rearden and saw him helping another customer as I was waiting to learn about the results of my car.
