Horrible and inexperienced staff!! Have had nothing but issues with Raine and Horne Newtown. From repairs, to changing direct debit forms 3 weeks ago - they are still charging me out of my old account!!!! They obviously are very disorganised and have no idea how to run a business correctly. Disgusting attitude from staff who just try to palm you off. Will never rent through them again and I advise you DONT either.
