This is a completely dysfunctional facility. I came here to see a psychiatrist, who was always aware that part of my treatment was a service dog. I brought her in multiple times with no issue until one day when I was embarrassingly interrogated by the primary care intake. She made up a story about the approval process I needed to go through, completely mortifying me and delaying check in. Ultimately she wasn't even able to check me in, but she'd done her damage. My psychiatrist was no help in filing a complaint against this woman. Dr. Sigadel gave me the form, but when I read it it was clearly meant to be filled out by a staff member. They made a joke of my mental health care
