Food was excellent! That was about the only good part of the evening, the arcade was terribly overpriced and half the games were broken in some way. The rewards kiosk was broken and empty so it was pointless to attempt to gather tickets for any rewards. Now to the bar. When it's Saturday evening and there's multiple open tables, you'd expect at the very least decent service. We had anything but that. Our drink/food order was taken within minutes, 30 minutes later was the next time we were able to talk to the server, when she brought out 1 of 4 appetizers. Still no drinks. 10 minutes later the drinks came, minus the 1 soda. 10 minutes later the other dishes finally arrived. When the food got there it took the server 3 minutes to figure out it was ours, then passed the food to the wrong people. 0 refills, we ate our food and sat trying to get another drink or the table cleared for another 30 minutes. The server was very diligent with 2 specific tables. And completely ignored the rest. As this was our 1st time coming, it will be our last. Far and away the worst server and service I've ever experienced. Only the 2nd time I've ever left an establishment without leaving a tip. The server needs to be fired and they need a complete cleanup of that situation. Horrible.
