Really awesome stay here. The woman in the bar is a blast and extremely charming and friendly. Omar at front desk is very friendly and helpful, and possesses a lovely sense of humour. We very much enjoyed our stay. Valet service is an extra $25 per day, for 24 hour Valet, so remember to factor that into your stay. We did not mind paying for valet, as the hotel is in a very busy area and I have no idea where we would have parked our SUV in that busy area.
The only con to this hotel was the cleanliness of the room. I found other peoples hair on the towels and the shower walls and that is a huge pet peeve for me. It seemed as if the cleaning staff did not even change the towels, or clean the shower in both rooms we rented. I always bring my own beach towel to all hotels as a frequent traveller, so I sucked it up and enjoyed the rest of my stay.
Beyond the bathroom cleanliness issue, the hotel was fantastic and I actually would stay again next time I am in Montreal.
My experience as an american visiting Montreal was lovely! Everyone was super friendly!
