I almost feel bad. Every play I have gone to here ...

I almost feel bad. Every play I have gone to here has been spectacular, yet, the theater is so small that there is a limit on the number of people that can enjoy it. That means that every seat is amazing. Everyone is right on the action. It's unbelievable that we have such an amazing theater right here in downtown.
