A disappointing company when it comes to service when you need help.

I was not able to find my passport on time. Missed the check in by 10 minutes. Called Flightnetwork for help:

They charged me $400 to re-book the flight (worth $210). Totals billed to me: $610 extra

Are not willing to wave any of the cost on their side. Pretty expensive trip it was after all
