Recently decided to get into vinyl and I had a million questions. The staff was eager to help, very informative, and went the extra mile. Even with how much more difficult their job must be doing only curbside service (and my phone kept dropping the call) it was still a great experience. They even set me up with a punch card for vinyls, and I wasn't even aware Waterloo had this rewards system.

Shoutout to Liam especially for taking the time and researching what the best option would be when I discovered I didn't have the right speaker set up to use my new record player!
