Terrible customer service. I had to call them twice just to have them come out and do a free estimate. I don't know many companies that wont call a customer back when the customer is the one who contacts them for a full ac and furnace replacement. They came and did the estimate and and said they'd get back to me in a week. A week went bye and didn't hear anything from them so I called them and was transferred to a voicemail and never heard anything back. I couldn't imagine how terrible their response time would be for a warranty service call that they aren't getting paid for if they don't have ANY sense of urgency to get work. If only I could give a zero start....
