This is my home course so it may be a little biased but i think the fairways and teeboxes are in the best shape they can be out of the courses around this area. The bunkers could use a little more work or they could maybe change the sand up because its a little tough to play out of. Most of the greens are in good condition but some greens are just a little messed up in the offseason. Since its now spring the greens are back to normal and are fine.
