Jonny took lots of time helping me make a new email and apple account so I could properly view my cameras and use my system remotely. They gave me free equipment in turn for putting a small security sign in our yard I didn't like that they kept the month price to themselves it got my hopes and I was a little disappointed although we still felt like it was worth it. I love the equipment they gave us everything was wireless. This is my first system and I'm not very technology savvy so it's a bit of an adjustment. I didn't like that they didn't set up an appointment for the installation it all happened the same day on a busy day for me but because it happened then they payed for the installation fee. I've been looking for a system and I think this will be a great fit for me and my family. Jonny the rep that set me up was the main reason I went with this company he had a great personality, I felt safe bringing him in to my home and liked that he was a Christian like me in my eyes it made him more trustworthy.
