I bought my Mazda CX-5 in November, 2017, and could not be happier! My salesman, Otto was thorough, informative and very pleasant to work with. His manager, Matt was also friendly and helpful and easy to work with. My feeling and observation as a whole, was that the general atmosphere of Clear Lake Mazda, including other salespeople was friendly, caring and made for a comfortable experience. And, after my purchase, the sales and service department have been absolutely wonderful and attentive in so many ways. From getting regular maintenance to replacing a damaged tire after I ran over a nail to just getting help with general questions, my experience has been they were friendly, punctual and went to great lengths to make for a positive experience. Kriss, who works in the Service department was especially attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable, as well as Michael and DJ. I am a people person and notice when a company goes to such great lengths to manage and have such a qualified, friendly, and professional staff.
I absolutely love my Mazda!
