I have been a customer for about 5 years now and never had any hiccups with them. From the get-go they were professional and courteous about my needs. I also worked with Sharon to find an affordable plan that was within my budget and provided the coverage I needed and wanted. She was very helpful and patient with me despite my obvious lack of knowledge from my continuous stream of questions. They have outstanding customer service to say the least. Plus the coverage is very comprehensive for the price too and is widely accepted by almost every medical service in the Chicago area. That s everything I need for medical insurance.
