My family and I are incredibly disappointed with Barrymore and quite frankly, shocked with their abysmal customer service. We spent a significant amount of money on a full dining room set. Exactly one week after purchase one of my family member was sitting in the dining chair, during Christmas dinner, and the chair back snapped in half. It's a miracle this happened to my brother who could withstand the fall, had it been an older, more frail family member the outcome could have been far more dangerous.

Since notifying Barrymore of this situation the response has been pathetic. We had to bring the broken chair into the showroom after being questioned "how were you using the chair?" and the only fair response time was how quickly the staff on the floor ran up and removed the broken chair from view of other customers.

Sharon Wiseman, the "Interior Design Consultant", has informed us this is our problem to rectify with the manufacturer. Barrymore is not having any hand in helping to resolve this as they are going through "restructuring".

IN OTHER WORDS, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT BARRYMORE.
