The used to have good service before but not any more. We ordered for flat bagels for breakfast over the phone. hey accepted the order and said the breakfast will be ready within 15 mins. But when I went there to pick up the breakfast they said they don't have any such order for flat bagels and they said they don't have any flat bagels left to make. They could have said that they couldn't accept the order over the phone but they didn't. They wasted my time and I had to go to their shop all the way to pick up breakfast. The young college student fellow who takes the order probably messed up. For the second time I had this experience with them. Last time I ordered for lunch but when I reached there they didn't make anything. I am not going back again and ask other friends not to go there. If the owner is looking at this message then my message to him/her that very soon your service will be disliked by many people. So try to rectify it! Very bad service!!!!!!!
