ER was a 70 minute wait, and the waiting area was filthy. Admin staff was rude, nurses were polite. I had severe food poisoning/dehydration, and needed an IV and not much else. They charged me $605 for "Physician services", but I never saw a physician, only the nurse who gave me the IV. After my insurance paid out $1641, they never sent me the additional bull of $832, which went straight to a collection agency that sued me, so I'm stuck with a 15% attorney fee and probable court costs. These people are crooks. They do not have the patient's best interest in mind. The individual nurses were good, but the people in charge are thieves.
