Not a single screening call in almost 10 years

I am a call centre professional with over 20 years of experience from large corporations to small outsource partners. In the past 10 years moved to a few different businesses so had plenty of applications sent to Cactus. Not a single screening call as they always answer of having others who better match the criteria of their clients. Thankfully there are so many agencies in the UK but Cactus is a joke.
