Buying a new car can be enjoyable!

I had delayed buying a new vehicle for a decade, fearful of the misery of the event, based on prior experiences. My fear was unfounded and my sales representative, Karl Prinsep at Crown Honda, made it all a smooth quick and enjoyable experience. There was an excellent air of professionalism and friendliness amongst all with whom I came into contact, and I am now very likely to also trade my wife's current car for a new Honda Accord at Crown in the near future.
Since my purchase Karl has been attentive and accommodating to my needs albeit with a small glitch due to me providing incorrect contact information.
Definitely a 5 star experience.
