The hardware is so bad! There is no sound insulation at all, you can hear the vibration of the mobile phone next door, the vibration of the vibration coming and going along the next door or upstairs, and even the sound of the shower water flowing through the water pipe (15th floor).
Service efficiency is extremely low. The complaint was ignored for two days. The next night, a room was opened in a room. A lot of people bounced and yelled, and we couldn t sleep. The complaint started from 1130, and it was requested to change the room three times. It was changed to 1250.
Now in the middle of the night, the room changed, I am insomnia, and the day after tomorrow, the journey is basically ruined.
Really really disappointing. The worst accommodation experience in history.
