Chez Vrony; an institution in Zermatt. The location is simply perfect with view (if weather permitting) on the Matterhorn and afternoon sun on the terrace. Nomen est Omen - Vrony is the boss. The staff is very attentive, the orders are delivered quickly and in the most beautiful Valais dialect. The specialty of the house is the Birger, along with many other great food and a nice wine list. Best time to visit: from 13.00 clock! A must have when skiing in Zermatt
